JOB PURPOSE　工作目的

Work closely with GSSC to ensure timely & accurate finance reporting in accordance with both group & local standard

Monitor AP payment and other B/S items to achieve company’s cash flow/NOWC target

Control M&A within budget and provide analysis of actual vs. BU/Ex


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要的工作职责


Communication between local & GSSC to ensure the smooth of daily operation

Review the freight & M&A payment & the supporting document and approval per DOA

Review T&E and prepare expense analysis report

Review the Journal Entry prepared by GSSC to ensure the calculation is correct and all with supporting document

Prepare the special Journal Entry for month end closing make sure P&L accuracy and completeness

Inventory Provision and slow mover analysis

Monitor the closing and ensure the schedule are closely followed

Consolidate the B/S review file and follow up closely to clear the aged items

Monitor FA movement

Process improvement

Support internal & external audit



Educational Background / Professional Qualification Requirement 学历／专业资格要求

Bachelor degree, preferably in finance, accounting.
Work Experience Requirement 工作经验要求


Mminimum of 5 year of working experience in accounting, consumer industry preferred
Skill/Competence Requirement主要技能要求

Accounting knowledge in both IFRS and local GAAP
Excellent interpersonal skill
Familiar with ERP system, experience with JDE is an advantage

Good communication skill
Proactive, a good team player and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
Independent, self-motivated and result-oriented

Language ability Requirement 语言能力要求

Native Chinese speaking with good communication skills
Good command of English is a plus

Good MS office skill, especially on excel, word and PowerPoint
Good knowledge of ERP system
