Key responsibilities:
工作职责：
Responsible for Pressure Vessel / Tank engineering work, including but not limited to:
负责压力容器/储罐设计工作，职责包括但不限制于：
1.Perform mechanical design and strength calculation check; review and check vendor design drawing, strength calculation and bill of materials, etc.
负责机械设计和强度计算核查；审阅和检查供应商设计图纸，计算书和材料清单等。
2.Preparing mechanical data sheet, technical specification, material requisition (MR) for inquiry and preparation of requisitions for purchase.
准备机械设备数据表，技术规格书和材料请购单以用于设备询价，并准备订购版请购单。
3.Vendor technical bid clarification/evaluation, make technical recommendations for supplier selection.
供应商技术澄清和评审，进行技术推荐以选择合适供应商。
4.Equipment acceptance and delivery to site, site (erection) support and turn-over.
设备验收和交货至现场，现场安装支持和移交。
5.Responsible as discipline engineer for quality, cost and schedule.
负责本专业的质量，成本和进度。
6.Cooperation with client, third parties and project disciplines/field.
与业主、第三方及各专业工程师保持配合。
7.Support estimating, proposal and other project activities.
协助预算、投标部门及其他项目相关工作。
8.Shop survey and issue Shop Survey Report; review and check vendor WPS/PQR, check fabrication quality including welding quality; shop pressure testing and final acceptance test witness; vendor documents and progress control after PO placement, etc.
供应商工厂调查并撰写供应商调查报告；采购订单签订后：审阅和检查供应商WPS/PQR，检查制造质量包括焊接质量；见证工厂压力试验和最终验收测试；供应商文件和进度控制等。

Key Qualifications:
资格要求：
1.Majored in Mechanical engineering, Bachelor degree or above.
主修机械工程专业，本科及以上学历。
2.Minimum 5 years related experience in Chemical Equipment design or relevant.
至少在化工设备设计或相关方面5年的工作经验。
3.Experience in international engineering companies in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Chemical industries preferred.
优先考虑有石油和天然气，石化和化工方面背景的国际工程公司经验的候选者。
4.Good knowledge of national and/or international code, standard and regulation, such as: GB, ASME, API, ASTM, etc.
具有良好的国家及/或国际标准、规范和规程知识，如：GB, ASME, API, ASTM等。
5.Proficiency in Auto CAD and other PC software packages typically SW6 PVElite, etc.
熟悉Auto CAD及其它计算机软件工具，尤其是SW6 PVElite等。
6.A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
具有良好的人际技能和团队合作精神。
7.Able to work under pressure to meet challenging objectives.
能承受工作压力并能接受挑战。
8.Good in English language skills, both spoken and written.
良好的英语会话和书写能力。
9.Willingness to travel.
