General Purpose of Position:
To develop CRFM which are of high performance and quality, advanced technology, low cost and punctual delivery by using SDAAC's available resources. The engineer will take full responsibility of all technical issues related to these programs/projects; including HEX and component design. To execute awarded programs to meet customer timeline, low cost and implement SDAAC design guides thru PDP process.

Major Job Responsibilities:
1.Keep the market/customer as the center, do all engineering work around market /customer based on standard of QCDTSM (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Technology, Safety, Morale), using philosophy of continuous study & continuous improvement.
2.To finish all annual new products development tasks assigned to CRFM engineer punctually based on PDP procedure
3.To finish all annual VAVE tasks assigned to CRFM engineer on time
4.To finish all annual new advanced technology development tasks assigned to CRFM engineer on time
5.Implement Golden Triangle : Standard Work--Standard Management--Visual Control
6.Keep the close communication channel between DT&I and SDAAC, try to use the Delphi global resource to upgrade SDAAC engineering capability

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor or higher level
2.Above 3 year experience
3.Thermal engineering & UG/CAE expertise
