Job Responsibility：

1. Develop knowledge of methodologies and tools of Lean production and Lean Manufacturing based on the WCM Approach, promoting the dissemination within the plant

2. Set, in cooperation with the Plant Functions, improvement targets and enable the appropriate action plans

3. Follow the progress of the plans and evaluate the progress of the management indicators to verify the achievement of the objectives set

4. Provide technical and methodological support to analyze plant issues, develop and monitor the action plans

5. Participate to the definition of training programs on methods and tools useful to improve the industrial area; ensure the correct use

6. Support day by day the continuous improvement

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, in manufacturing engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

2. Short working experience or University fresh out

3. Familiar with improvement tools like: WCM, 5S, Kaizen, 5W, 5W1H, ecc

4. Industrial processes knowledge (Wlding, Machining, Bending, ecc)

Languages:

English Language – at least intermediate level
