职位描述:
Main activities 主要职责：
- To analysis and planning logistic strategy.
- 负责公司物流作业总体布局的分析与规划
1. Be responsible for planning of the logistic ground and warehouse, provide working requirement.
负责对现有的库房物流作业场地等进行规划，提出作业要求
2. Be responsible for collecting logistic data and material planning.
负责收集、整理物资信息，进行物资规划
3. Combined with the current situation, formulating of overall logistics planning direction, and guide the planning process.
结合公司现状，初步制定总体物流规划方向，并指导规划工作的进行。
- To develop and execute a logistic plan with analysis、design and implement .
- 负责物流规划的分析、设计及实施
1. Be responsible of analysis current logistic model, conducting basic analysis and developing management combined with current resource.
负责分析现有物流模式，结合现有资源进行物流过程能力的基础分析及提升管理。
2. Planning and design entering logistics and production logistics operation plan, formulate the specific implementation steps, and audit on the specified plan.
规划、设计入厂物流及生产物流的运行方案，制定具体实施步骤，并对指定的规划方案进行审核。
3. Implement the planning procedure by organizing people to achieve the desired results, and flexibly deal with emergent events in the process of implementation.
组织人员按照规划步骤实施，达到预期效果并灵活处理实施过程中的突发事件。
4. Complete internal and external logistics coordination work, involved in the third party logistics management of planning and logistics service contract negotiation.
完成内外部物流关系的协调工作，参与第三方物流公司管理模式的策划及物流服务合同的谈判。
- Be responsible for tracking the effect of implementation planning and continuous improvement.
负责规划方案实施效果的跟踪与持续改进
1. Be responsible for tracking and audit the effects of planning
负责对规划后的效果进行跟踪、调查
2. To collecting and analyzing the information statistics, sorting out the problems in the process of planning
收集信息进行分析统计，整理出规划过程中的问题。
3. According to problem in the process of work, raising improvement proposal, and implementing.
针对工作推进过程中的问题，提出改进方案，并加以实施。

- Be responsible for technical document preparation and management
负责部门技术文件的编制与管理
1. Be responsible for the preparation of logistics standard operation, operation instruction, and logistics process technologies PFEMA files
负责编制物流作业过程作业规范，标准作业指导书，物流过程PFEMA等技术文件
2. Be responsible for technical document optimization and inspection of implementation.
负责技术文件的优化及执行情况的检查、稽核


General requirements 具体要求：
Mandatory 必备要求
- Bachelor degree or above
- 本科以上学历
- Logistics or Industrial Engineering background
- 物流或工业工程师工作背景
- MS Excel or other reporting software
- 会应用MS Excel或其他办公软件

Desirable 弹性要求
- Must be experienced in Supply Chain / Logistics Flow
- 在供应流程和物流流程上有一定经验
- Implementing project-specific know-how in the joint-venture
- 能够在合资企业实施具体项目技术知识

    安徽江淮纳威司达柴油发动机有限公司（JND)组建于2012年8月23日，由中国江淮汽车（JAC）公司与美国财务500强北美领先的卡车及柴油机制造商纳威司达(Navistar)公司合资成立。投资总额为18亿元，双方各持股50%，设计年产能20万台，生产高性能，满足国（欧）Ⅳ、国（欧）Ⅴ排放标准的柴油发动机。

    江淮汽车和纳威司达分别将各自旗下的柴油发动机产品注入到合资公司中，而双方的共同研发也立足这一平台实现技术共享。JND公司目前生产销售的2.8L发动机系列产品，为江淮汽车自主发动机项目，同时还引进了纳威司达先进节能的清洁排放的发动机技术，其中包括MAXXFORCE（迈斯福）的3.2L、4.8L和7.2L满足国IV、国V、国Ⅵ排放的柴油发动机，未来如9.3L、11L、13L系列的更新一代大排量发动机也将择机投产。公司将致力于为客户提供达到中国更高排放标准的发动机，满足客户目前和未来对高端柴油机的需求，为中国商用车市场提供可靠强劲的动力。
