General Purpose
Create, Develop, Deploy the best in class Test Automation Solutions for our internal Customers. You will work across all the phase of a new solution development and work with a lot of new technologies (like, Cloud Computing, and Web Development, etc)
Main Responsibility Area
Be part of a highly professional team inside MGW R&D that is responsible to develop, maintain and evolve a number of Test Automation solutions. We have a very high rate of Test Automation (85% of all our test cases are automated) due to our innovative and new technology solutions.
We are planning the next steps in our solutions evolution, and thinking how to apply the latest technologies and ideas to improve our Test Automation and increase our product development efficiency.
Position Description
Our solutions are quite complex and range from low level SW development (interfacing with HW boards) to Cloud Computing and Web Development. Overall responsibility can be listed as:
?Analyze and Understand internal customers’ needs.
?Architect, Design, Implement, Test and Deploy new features in our solutions.
?Has developed specialist knowledge in one area and generic view in more areas.
?Solves complex engineering problems and find innovative solutions.
?Typically participates in reviews of own or neighboring projects.
?Support our internal customers and give trainings/presentations about new solutions.
?Investigate the latest technology trends to apply in our Solutions.
Position Requirements
We expect that you are ready to work in dynamic and challenging but also very rewarding environment. Your academic background is an MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a similar subject.

Technical Requirements:
-Technical competence and understanding of basic concepts of mobile and IP networks and computer architecture.
-Technical competence and understanding of basic concepts of IP network protocols (ETH, IP, TCP, wireshark).
-Understand and good knowledge of software/product development process (SW development, Testing, customer support).
-Good knowledge in several programming languages (C/C++, Java, Python)
-Wish to learn more about Web Development and Cloud Computing (J2EE, Django, Ruby on Rails, CSS, Javascript, AJAX).
-Experience in different programming platforms: LINUX, UNIX or WINDOWS using multitasking and multithreading.
-Faster learner, like to obtain broad knowledge of technologies, or to become expert in some areas.
