Conduct the BOM creation, distribution and maintenance of BOM.

New products design, drawing update and creation;

ECN issuing and maintaining and other engineering documents assisting.

Review and assess product specifications, test specifications and material specifications, making sure these specifications are meet or exceed Liberty/Masco's product requirment and expectations thru working with US engineering team, China engineering team and suppliers as well.

Strive to achieve accuracy of drawings/BOM and other engineering system/documents to be over 99% thru working with designer/engineers/drafters in global engineering team.

Provide document support to suppliers and inspectors on BOM, ECN, drawing, master sample, testing requirements.

Contribute in material saving, production process improvement, quality control plan by Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques, Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) and other effective tools to achive higher efficiency and better quality and lower cost for products.

Support Liberty/Masco in New Product Development programs and projects.

Working with minimum supervision on engineering projects with clearly defined goals and objectives.
