Responsibilities:
? Support of the Project Manager of the facility through:

？ Acting as the single-point-of-contact on a given project
？ Liaising between Engineering/Project Management and the manufacturing facility on all aspects of a given project
？ Ensuring that adequate information is made available to all parties in a timely manner – this could be project schedules, manufacturing status updates, cost forecasts, Engineering deliverable requirements, problem resolution etc.
？ Monitoring and communicating project status, from information received, through manufacturing status and cost/schedule forecast


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

To provide support to the Project Manager in the project management area. The position requires a high level of communication skills, the ability to look ahead of the day-to-day activity, and to support Production and other areas with project scope, problem resolution, etc. Attention to the ‘front end’ activities, such as adherence to Engineering deliverable schedules and monitoring of purchased material delivery dates is as important as monitoring and reporting on the manufacturing elements of a project. Any other duties as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

a. Experience of project management, preferably within a manufacturing environment manufacturing-to-Order environment
b. Proven communication skills
c. Ability to speak English
d. Competent IT skills
