Main responsibilities主要职责:
? Understand and master new project development process 熟悉并掌握新项目开发的流程
? Provide cost estimation to support sales team to pursue business according to PE provided spec. and requirements of products and components 参与新项目报价工作，根据工程部门提供的产品及零件规格进行成本预估。
? Understand and master new project purchasing process and component development procedure 熟悉并掌握新项目开发采购流程以及采购零部件的开发流程
? Create and update project management files for dept. project reveiew and regular meeting discussion 建立并及时更新项目管理的相关文件，以供部门项目评审与例会讨论
? Educate risk identification capability gradually; work out back up plan to implement the project in time 逐步培养早期识别与判断项目风险的能力，制定预警方案，确保项目的实施
? Support for global sourcing conference 参加全球的项目开发会议
? Establish communication channel with Delphi Europe and US to update the project purchasing information 与德尔福欧洲，北美建立沟通渠道，确保信息及时更新与反馈
? Cross-functional communication 与相关部门沟通，交流

Required 基本要求
? Strong communication capability; be able to participate global conference 英语沟通能力强，能直接参与国际电话会议的讨论
? Strong problem identification and resolution skills 有较强的发现问题并解决问题的技能
? Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. 良好的口头及书面表达能力和会议演示能力

公司目前的主要OEM客户是上海通用、上海大众、一汽大众、重庆五十铃、武汉神龙、长安铃木、昌河铃木、沈阳金客等。主要产品有HVAC系统，管片式、管带式和平行流试冷凝器，层叠式蒸发器、暖风和其他热交换零件。
