Responsibilities工作职责

· Researching, evaluating and implementing new tire compounds and materials technologies through laboratory testing and from both indoor/outdoor tire performance testing, based on validated market requirements.

通过实验室试验及室内/室外轮胎性能试验，在确定的市场需求的基础上，查找、评估和实施新的轮胎配方和材料技术。

· Evaluating compound performance in the field relating to vehicle speed, handling, wear, abrasion and damage resistance, heat resistance and process repeatability as examples.

在涉及到比如车辆速度，操纵感，磨耗，摩擦，抗破坏性，耐热性和工艺复现性的领域里评估配方性能。

· Issuing compounding specifications for physical properties and curing characteristics.

针对物理性质和固化特性发布配方规格。

· Effective communication and collaboration with tire design teams, and supervising prototype and pilot manufacturing runs to ensure technology transfer and industrialization.

与轮胎设计团队有效的沟通与合作，监督管理样品和试生产运行以确保技术转让及工业化。

· Working in multidisciplinary (technology, business, marketing, manufacturing, engineering) teams to innovate and develop new commercial opportunities for tire manufacturer.

与跨部门（技术，贸易，市场，制造，工程）团队工作，为轮胎制造商创新和发展新的商业机会。

· Communicating experimental results through written documentation and oral presentations.

通过撰写文件和口头报告交流实验结果。

Requirements 招聘要求

· Minimum Master’s degree in Polymer Science, Polymer Chemistry, Polymer Physics, Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field from an accredited college or university.

硕士以上学历，高分子科学，高分子化学，高分子物理，聚合工程，材料科学，化学或相关专业。

· At least 5 years’ experience in tire compounding and tire development preferred.

有五年以上轮胎配方和轮胎开发工作经验者优先考虑。

· Demonstrated practical knowledge of compounding, rubber/polymer processing, tire chemistry, related testing methods, statistical analysis and awareness to environmental requirements.

有配方的实践知识，了解橡胶/高分子工艺，轮胎化学，相关的试验方法，统计分析并具有对环境要求的意识。

· Effective working knowledge of compounding properties and tire performance relationships.

对于配方特性和轮胎性能关系，具有有效的工作知识。

· Broad interests and willingness to take on undefined challenges.

佳通轮胎（中国）研发中心简介 Brief Introduction of GITI Tire (China) R&D Center
佳通轮胎（中国）研发中心创建于2003年03月01日，是人数最多、研发实力最强、最为核心的研发中心。研发中心位于安徽合肥经济技术开发区，建有6层蕴含尖端科技的办公楼及占地6000多平米的试验楼。研发中心在2016年被评为国家认定企业技术中心，其实验室在2010年通过了国家认可实验室CNAS认证。
Established on March 1st , 2003, GITI Tire (China) R&D center has become the core center with the most employees and strongest R&D capability. Standing in the economic and technological development zone, Hefei city, Anhui province, Giti Tire (China) R&D center possesses a 6-floor office building breeding cutting-edge technology and a laboratory building covering an area of over 6,000 square meters. In 2010, the R&D center passed the CNAS certification to become a national recognized testing laboratory and was regarded as the National Enterprise Technology Center in 2016.

工作时间 Working Time
双休，五天八小时工作制；法定节假日正常休息；
Eight hours per day and five working days per week with two-day rest on weekends and other normal rests on statutory holidays.

培训发展 Training and Development
