ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB 工作职责

- Responsible for the acceptance of the equipment and training work
负责设备验收及相关培训开展
- Responsible for the account management and report production
负责台帐管理及相关报表的制作及上报
- Responsible for the formulation of the equipment management system
负责设备各项管理制度的制定
- Responsible for the implementation of annual operation index and report the data
负责设备年度运行指标的实施及相关运行数据的上报
- Responsible for the collection of the normal operation of the equipment information, participate in analysis and relevant corrective and preventive measures of the formulation and implementation of the supervision
负责设备日常运行信息的收集、参与分析及相关整改、预防措施的制定和监督实施
- Responsible for the supervision and evaluation of each unit equipment management work
负责公司各单位设备管理工作的监督、考核
- Responsible for the formulation, process monitoring and acceptance of the first class maintenance and the second-class maintenance
负责设备一、二级保养制定、过程监控及验收
- Responsible for the preparation of TPM work instructions
负责组织TPM作业指导书的编制
- Responsible for the implementation of equipment preventive maintenance (foreseen)
负责设备预防（预见）性维修实施
- Participate in promoting TPM
参与TPM工作的推进
- Responsible for the company's special operations personnel training and after training
负责公司特种作业人员培训，复训
- Monthly collect energy invoice and responsible for the energy consumption statistics, refining distribution, the preparation of various energy report and submit
每月收集能源发票并统计当月能源消耗量，细化分配、编制各项能源报表并报送
- Responsible for the collection and processing of the Branch energy supply problems, formulate corrective actions
负责分公司能源供给问题的收集与处理，制定整改措施
- Participate in the implementation of the energy conservation and consumption reduction
参与节能降耗工作计划的开展实施
- Other authorize or assignments from Superior leaders.
负责处理上级领导授权与交办的其它事务。


COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED 任职能力要求

- Mechanical manufacturing or Electronic related graduates
机械制造或电气相关专业本科
- Fluent in Mandarin and excellent English reading and writing;

    安徽江淮纳威司达柴油发动机有限公司（JND)组建于2012年8月23日，由中国江淮汽车（JAC）公司与美国财务500强北美领先的卡车及柴油机制造商纳威司达(Navistar)公司合资成立。投资总额为18亿元，双方各持股50%，设计年产能20万台，生产高性能，满足国（欧）Ⅳ、国（欧）Ⅴ排放标准的柴油发动机。

   MAXXFORCE（迈斯福）发动机是纳威司达在全球的柴油产品系列，产品涵盖从2.8L到15L的全系列。生产设施和经销点遍布南北美洲、欧洲、亚洲和澳大利亚四大洲，目前全球产量已超过1500万台。无论是高速公路、工地矿井以及繁华都市的街道，各种相关设备都依靠MAXXFORCE（迈斯福）柴油发动机贡献强劲澎湃动力，充分满足全世界客户的道路和非道路需求，适用于世界要求最高的行业和最苛刻的应用领域。
    江淮汽车和纳威司达分别将各自旗下的柴油发动机产品注入到合资公司中，而双方的共同研发也立足这一平台实现技术共享。JND公司目前生产销售的2.8L发动机系列产品，为江淮汽车自主发动机项目，同时还引进了纳威司达先进节能的清洁排放的发动机技术，其中包括MAXXFORCE（迈斯福）的3.2L、4.8L和7.2L满足国IV、国V、国Ⅵ排放的柴油发动机，未来如9.3L、11L、13L系列的更新一代大排量发动机也将择机投产。公司将致力于为客户提供达到中国更高排放标准的发动机，满足客户目前和未来对高端柴油机的需求，为中国商用车市场提供可靠强劲的动力。
