1.Job Description 职位描述
(1) Ensure and plan the acivities for the midterm horizon and oriente the production capacity depending on market evolution
进行原材料和成型硫化的计划并同时规划成型鼓、硫化模具等主要生产工具以长期满足生产需要
(2) Be responsible for weekly plan for the plant to ensure delivery of right articles and quantity at the right time; Be responsible for the optimization of the weekly plan in term of quality , oee of the machine & WIP; Be responsible for the long term check of the capacity of each process and each assortment to ensure the capacity is aligned well
负责周计划的合理性，以确保需要的规格以需要的轮胎在需要的时间。负责周计划的优化，从质量管理需要和设备综合效率和WIP方面。负责中长期的能力检讨，以保证各个工程和各种英寸规格的生产能力保持协调
(3) Monitoring the actual performance vs plan and taking actions whenever needed to sustain the production
监控计划的实际执行情况，必要时采取一定的措施以保证生产持续稳定性。

2.Position Requirements 任职要求
(1)College degree with major in management or relevant
大学管理或相关专业以上学历
(2)5 years manufacturing experience
五年以上制造厂方面的工作经验
(3)2years experience as a planner on sap platform in tire plant
二年以上轮胎工厂以sap为工具从事计划工作的经历
(4) Planning knowledge
生产计划知识
(5)Tire process & manufacturing knowledge is plus
轮胎生产和制造流程
(6) ISO and TS knowledge
ISO和TS方面的知识
(7) Good English; good office application ability;good SAP application ability
良好的英语交流; office软件的应用; SAP应用能力

Continental AG Group was founded in Hanover in 1871 and is currently one of the five largest automotive suppliers and one of Top 500 enterprises in the world.
Continental has 140 years of experience with rubber and especially with tires. In Sept 2009, as the first factory investment of Continental’s tire divisions in China, and an important Foreign Direct Investment project of Anhui Province, a big and advanced tire plant is ramped up in Hefei with 150 million Euros capital, by end of June 2010, the construction was completed, and the equipment installation was done before Nov 30th, 2010, by end of 2010, the first qualified tire came to the world. From May of 2011, we are starting mass production and currently the output beyond million passenger car tires in the first step. The second phase project has started and at the same time, Two Wheel(Motor Bike Tire) entity of Continental was founded and the new plant is under construction .

大陆集团在橡胶制品尤其是轮胎生产有着140年的历史。2009年9月集团正式开始投资建设马牌轮胎合肥新厂，该厂是大陆集团在中国投资的首个轮胎工厂, 同时也是安徽省招商引资的重点全外资项目，一期投资1.5亿欧元，已于2010年6月底前完成房建工程，2010年11月底已完成设备安装及调试，2010年12月底生产出第一条合格轮胎，2011年5月份开始批量生产，目前年产量逾百万条乘用车胎。工厂二期项目已经启动，同时大陆集团摩托车轮胎事业部业已正式成立，新厂于园区中在建。
