Your Role and Responsibilities

• Understand and assist client business on project related changes on process, people and tools. Provide sufficient training and support to drive any IT related transitions.
• Effectively communicate with both client Supply China function team and GC client Tech. Work closely with Architecture team, project team, production support, be an efficient bridge to manage the right information and business understanding between business team and Tech Team
• Working with project team, monitor and manage the project delivery performance to make sure the high quality deliverable.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or relevant.
• 8 years working experience in IT business consultant or BSA role, BA certification is a plus
• Basic IT application architecture and BI knowledge
• Familiar with web-based application solution
• Auto industry experience,
• Quick leaner, good inter-personal skill.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Multi-tasker.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Solid written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
