1. Resource management and coordination in system team for system engineer role, software PJM role and resident engineer roles.

系统部门的人力资源的管理与协调，团队成员包含系统工程师，软件项目经理和驻场工程师等角色。

2. Steering team for the technical feasibility analysis of Customer RFQ for acquisition projects and actively drive the technical communication with Customer to promote Hella Radar Product.

项目报价阶段，主导客户技术需求的可行性分析并积极主动的与客户对接沟通介绍海拉雷达产品的优势。

3.Identify the gap of team competence and the risk during all projects running phase and coordinate internal & external resource to build up team competence, coaching & steering for team timely.

根据项目需要，及时地协调内外部资源支持团队能力的建立和提高；追踪项目状态并识别项目风险，及时给予团队指导和支持。

4. Close communication and fully align with local cross domains & global partners to ensure team outputs adapted to Hella process and strategy in good cooperation orientation；

与公司其他部门和国外对口团队保持紧密的沟通和合作以保证团队的产出符合海拉的产品开发流程和策略。

5. Closely monitor and track Autonomous Driving related marketing trend, participate Radar related regulation and standards drafting, design new, flexible system designs/architectures for upcoming market needs.

持续关注自动驾驶行业的市场趋势，参与部分毫米波雷达相关的行业法规，国标的制定，设计开发具有创新，柔性架构特征的系统和产品以满足未来市场的需求。

6. Leading and coordinating the root cause analysis with local & global team for the critical customer issues from the market with fast and efficient response and solutions.

主导和协调本地和海外技术团队快速有效地对市场反馈的技术问题进行根本原因分析并提出最优解决方案。

Necessary requirements 任职资格

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering or electronic related field

电子电气等专业本科或以上学历；

2. At least 3 years relevant experience in developing automotive electronic control modules

汽车电子模块行业3年以上研发经验；

3. At least 1 year team management experience.

一年以上团队管理经验；

4. Familiar with automotive communication and diagnostic protocols (i.e. CANFD/CAN, LIN, UDS, etc.)，AutoSAR Architecture, Network management.

熟悉汽车通信与诊断协议(如CANFD/CAN, LIN, UDS, 等), AutoSAR 软件架构，网络管理等。

5. Good skills in English both writing and speaking；

英语熟练；

6. Good communication and coordination skills

良好的沟通与协调技巧；

7. Self-motivated, Engineering thinking，responsibility;

能够自我激励；富有工程思维；有责任心

8. Experience of Radar development or other ADAS system is preferred

有毫米波雷达或其他ADAS开发经验者优先；

9. Requirements management software experience is preferred (i.e. DOORS) ；

优先考虑有需求管理软件(如DOORS) 使用经验者；

10. Knowledge of the V-Model is preferred；

对V型开发模式有较好理解者优先考虑；

11. Knowledge of FUSA and Cybersecurity are preferred；

对有功能安全和网路安全经验的优先考虑；

12. Open mind and teamwork spirit.

Hella’s Nanjing location is the newest addition to our group of development centers in China. In Nanjing, the Hella electronics and lighting divisions will be combined in one office. As the electronic content of automotive lighting products continues to increase, synergies between the lighting group and the electronic group will be more important in the years to come . Over the next three years the Nanjing facility will grow to over 200 engineers. Additional e x pansion in Nanjing is planned to include a test lab and a nearby production site.
