Responsibilities：   

岗位职责：

    

1. Handle monthly financial and management reporting, and ensure compliance with all local statutory requirements not restricting to tax, or government filings;
   在确保遵守当地税务，政务等所有相关法规要求下处理每月的财务和管理报告
2. Variance analysis and review monthly schedules;
   差异性分析并对月度计划进行审查
3. Monitor and exercise appropriate internal control, tackle the daily operation issues;
   通过适当的内部监督及管理解决日常运营问题
4. Supervise a small accounting team in our business unit.   Provide support and adequate training to the team to enable continuous improvements;
   管理地方下的财务团队，给予必要支持和培训，使得团队不断提升
5. ROI analysis on either CAPEX or operational; support ad hoc projects;
   资本性支出或管理运营下的投资回报率分析，完成上级交代的其他任务

                           

Qualifications:

任职条件：

    

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent, semisenior accountant certificate holder，CPA preferred
   财务及相关专业本科及以上学历，中级会计师证书持有者，有CPA证书的尤佳
2. Relevant experience gained (4 years) in the past employment on a similar role would be important.
   4年以上同等工作经验
3. MS Word, Excel, PPT
   熟练使用OFFICE软件，Word, Excel, PPT 等
4. Excellent communication skill, Good English (Verbal & Written)
   优秀的沟通能力，良好的英文听说读写
5. Open-minded, creative, positive thinking, integrity, can-do attitude, a team player is a must.
   思想开明，具有创造性思维，勇于承担责任，团队合作性强
6. Occasional travel will be required.
   需不定时短期出差
