Day to Day Responsibilities:

? Division Hub warehouse daily operation management to support Division continuous supply
? Inbound & outbound shipment transportation arrangement to achieve 100% OTD
? Continue improve warehouse safety & quality & 5S performance,
? Response for Customs clearance on time and related documents filling to meet Customs policy
? ERP system transaction operation management
? Set up monthly cycle count process, conduct organize physical counting and report out
? Continue find opportunity to drive low cost management, achieve cost saving targets according to
   lowest manufacture cost strategy
? Cross function communication with Customs/government/forwarder/plant to support Hub warehouse
   supply in time
? Monthly report on Inbound & outbound freight & volume & cost etc.
? Monthly/Quarterly KPI review with warehouse supplier is necessary.


任职要求：

Education & Experience
? College / university graduation, major in international trade or warehouse management related field is
   preferred
? 5 years working experience in logistics and warehouse
? Has manufacture working experience is plus
? Bonded goods handle experience

Required Skills

? Excel, Word, Power Point
? Familiar with customs regulations on import/export/process of trade
? Good at warehouse management especially on safety & quality & 5S management
? Good teamwork and ownership
? Able to work under pressure and independently
? English writing, reading, listening and speaking skill
