Basic Accountabilities基本职责:

1. Prepare monthly forecast to expose the business risk and opportunity
2. Plan and organize the annual budget and every 5-year plan update
3. Monthly finance report analysis especially sales and margin analysis
4. Deeply involve in annually department KPI definition and tracking
5. Good capacity to work with commercial team and any other related team to prepare for deep dive analysis on revenue ,COGS ,and SGA
6. Be able to prepare the customer and products margin analysis to support business strategies and decision making.
7. Support Finance Mgr to present and communicate business picture and Financial outcome
8. Continue to look for opportunity to setup standardized reports to improve team’s working efficiency
9. Support to improve internal control through proper commercial contract management
10. Good understanding and knowledge on Hyperion BI including report design and promotion.
11. Familiar with SAP

Qualification Requirement任职资格:

1.     Education& Certification教育背景和专业资格: Bachelor’s degree

2.     Experience工作经验: 5+ years commercial FPA experience and plant finance experience is plus

3.     Computer Skills计算机水平: Familiar with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint,SAP,Hyperion

4.     Other Key Competencies其它核心能力要求：With clear logic thinking

Language语言能力： good written and oral skill in English
