Job description

• Familiar with Fusion algorithm, responsible the fusion development for multiple sensors, e.g.  Camera, Radar.


• Responsible on Fusion system and integration, develop object detection, tracking, identification, and Situation Assessment.


• Software Programming on C ++, and as well as on microprocessors and hardware accelerators (e.g. graphics processors V3H/V3M).


• handling safely with compilers, debuggers and of complex build environments as well as associated in and on the vehicle


• Analyze and clarify project requirement, analyze algorithms for their efficiency and optimize them for use on different processor architectures.


• Other job assigned by Department Manager.

Necessary requirements

• BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or closely related field;


• 2+ years of experience developing multi-object tracking systems using data from multiple sensors (Camera, Radar) in real-world production environments


• Experience working with Kalman filtering, statistical and probabilistic based trackers.


• Experience with camera, radar data processing


• Familiar with basic numerical computing, vector kinematics and nonlinear estimation.


• Strong programming ability in modern C++, Linux and Python knowhow preferred


• Experience with debugging large numerical systems, static / dynamic white box testing and regression testing


• Experience with microprocessors system (domain controller) is preferred;


• Good skills in English reading and writing; Good communication and coordination skills;


• Self-motivated, Engineering thinking, responsibility;


• Open mind and teamwork spirit.

Hella’s Nanjing location is the newest addition to our group of development centers in China. In Nanjing, the Hella electronics and lighting divisions will be combined in one office. As the electronic content of automotive lighting products continues to increase, synergies between the lighting group and the electronic group will be more important in the years to come . Over the next three years the Nanjing facility will grow to over 200 engineers. Additional e x pansion in Nanjing is planned to include a test lab and a nearby production site.
