Responsibility:

1.Development of solutions for product improvement and reliability in cooperation with the software development team

2. Support of colleagues and customers in the analysis of software malfunctions 

3. Support of software installations on existing products at customer sites

4. Support of customers in the integration of our equipment into factory automation systems

5. Reconstruction and documentation of error scenarios

Qualification:

1.Successfully completed studies in the fields of engineering informatics, computer science, electrical engineering or comparable

2.Fast recording and analysis of technically complex interrelationships and problems, as well as systematic processing using problem-solving strategies

3. Field Support knowledge and troubleshooting experience with semiconductor equipment, electronic hardware, PC-based computing environment and development tools 

4. Basic knowledge of the Unix/Linux operating system, electrical engineering and field bus systems is desirable

5. Knowledge of operating system principles and basic hardware capabilities

6. Basic knowledge of the current technological trends in the software development industry, such as object-oriented

7. Ability to analyze data and draw logical conclusions

8. High degree of initiative, flexibility, and ability to work in a team 

9. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
