1.Assist QC & training manager, Department AD to establish and improve the training system, such as GCP, job training, job skills training, so that it conforms to the company's development requirements and professional standard.

2.Assist QC & training manager , Department AD to develop annual project quality control plan and annual training plan. Responsible for the regular organization of the company's employees to participate in the training according to the approved training plan. Conducting training analysis, summary, if there are problems to propose solutions to Ensure that the company's employees effectively fulfill the company's training program and achieve training results.

3.Conduct the most training to relevant staff , Assist Department to improve the company's training system and improve the quality of training.

4.Assist QC & training manager, Department AD to develop annual project quality control plan. According to the quality control plan to conduct quality control visit to the company project. And the results of the control of the analysis, summary, if there are problems to propose solutions, and constantly improve the quality of the company's project.

5.Regular evaluation, analysis, summary of the company's project quality compliance with national laws and regulations, GCP, SOP, Protocol, etc., to ensure the quality of the project at a high level.

任职资格要求:

1.Bachelor degree in medicine or related field;

2.QC experience or 4 years CRA working experience is preferred.

3.Good command of English (written and read);

4.Familiar with GCP, ICH-GCP, etc.

5.Good presentation and communication skills;

6.Be able to travel across provinces.
