职位概要：
Responsible for the gamma irradiation sterilization workshop daily operation safety supervision, monitoring and security affairs, the implementation of safety education and popularize the job, ensure safe and stable operation of irradiation sterilization device and meet the requirements of laws and regulations, assist the sterilizing area manager timely completion of product sterilization dose daily inspection, production plan, workshop management work.
负责γ辐照灭菌车间的日常安全运行的监督、剂量监测和安全检查事务，落实安全教育和推广工作，确保辐照灭菌装置安全稳定运行以及满足法律法规的要求，协助消毒区经理及时完成产品灭菌剂量日常检测、生产计划安排、车间规范管理等工作。

The preparatory stage:
筹备阶段：
1 participate in the gamma radiation sterilization workshop preparation, acceptance of irradiation sterilization equipment factory training, assistance in obtaining radiation safety permit.
参与前期γ辐射灭菌车间的筹建工作，接受辐照灭菌设备厂家的培训，协助取得辐射安全许可证。
2.establish an efficient safe production team and the implementation of nuclear safety training education and promotion work.
建立一个有效率的安全生产团队和实施核安全培训教育及推广工作。
Normal operation:
正常运转：
1.for the dose setting, dose audit and the daily production when the dosimeter solution configuration and testing;
负责剂量设定、剂量审核及日常生产时剂量计溶液的配置和检测；
2.responsible for daily dose measurement and radiation monitoring and other related work;
负责日常剂量测量和辐射监测等相关工作；
3.responsible for establishing the nuclear safety management system, preparation of gamma radiation sterilization technology specification, safety management regulations and other related SOP and quality management system requirements under the documents;
负责建立核安全管理体系，编写γ辐射灭菌技术规范、安全管理规程等相关SOP以及质量管理体系下所需的文件等；
4.assist QA department to complete the sterilization effect and the dose setting, confirm the audit inspection;
协助QA部门完成灭菌效果确认和剂量设定、审核时的产品检测；
5.responsible for the implementation of routine nuclear safety implementation and supervision, inspection and safety education implementation and promotion;
负责实施日常核安全的实施、监督、检查及安全教育的落实和推广；
6.for the super dose incident investigation, assessment and overhaul of the participation, supervision and evaluation work;
负责超剂量事件的调查、评估及大修的参与、监督和评价等工作；
7.responsible for field personnel standardized operation, material import, handling, storage and protection, environmental protection, production safety management work.
负责生产现场人员规范操作、物料进出、搬运、储存和防护、环境维护、生产安全等规范管理的工作。

Requirements:
任职资格：
1.nuclear engineering, thermal power, or power systems, radiation chemistry, radiation and other related professional science and engineering, Bachelor degree;
核工程、热能动力、或电力系统、放射化学、核辐射等理工类相关专业，本科以上学历；
2.have strong professional and technical, strong problem solving and practical ability;
具备较强的专业技术、较强的问题处理和实际动手能力；
3.with 2 to 3 years of nuclear safety, radiation sterilization, radiation dosimeter solution or dose testing experience is preferred;
具有2至3年的核安全、γ辐射灭菌、辐照剂量计溶液配制或剂量检测工作经验优先；
4.good English to listen,speaking, writing ability;
良好的英语听、说、写能力；
5.CAD drawing, familiar with office office software.
会CAD制图，熟练操作office办公软件。

Nipro Medical(Hefei) Co., Ltd. was incorporated on 26th October 2010 from 100% investment from Nipro Corporation(www.nipro.co.jp) .
Nipro Corporation is a manufacturer of medical devices with its headquarters in Osaka, Japan, and the products are supplied to hospitals all over the world with its brand “NIPRO”.
Its Hefei factory plans to construct a large scale of workshops within the ground area of approx. 190,000M2 inside the Hefei Economic & Technology Development Area and will produce synthetic membrane dialyzers, blood tubing sets for hemodialysis, intravenous cannulas and three-way stopcocks in Phase One for providing to hospitals around the country.
We believe that this new enterprise will be helpful for contribution to social welfares in the People’s Republic of China.
