1.Technical support and complaint handle in Southern part of China.
负责中国南方的烫印技术支持和投诉处理。
2. Frequently have business trip around Guang Dong Province (Including Shenzhen)
经常在广东周边（包括深圳）出差。
3. This position has oversea training opportunity.

Major Duties:主要职责
1. Travel to customers and find technical solutions for their hot stamping projects as per instructions of the company.
拜访客户，并按照公司规程为客户的烫印项目提供技术支持。
2. Report to his department with customer visit results and propose technical judgments on customer problems so follow-up treatment of customer problems is better grounded.
向其部门报告客户访问结果，就客户疑问提出技术判断，为客户问题的跟进处理奠定较好的基础。
3.Able to use existing facilities in company. Application Lab to make technical judgments of customer complaints with foils, substrates with other information forwarded from customer projects.
能够利用公司烫印实验室的现有设备，对客户投诉反馈的电化铝（或烫金箔），基材以及其他信息进行技术判断。
4.Assist in implementing the company intention assigned to him from time to time. Also need to word in KST Lab 1 or 2 weeks each month if workload is not heavy in his responsible area.
协助完成公司不时指派的其他工作任务，在负责区域工作不繁重时须每月花1-2周的时间到KST实验室工作。
5.Assist in marketing activities.
协助市场活动。
6.By broad career practice, can open your horizon.

Qualification:岗位要求
At least 3 years' trouble shooting experience of application in printing industry, better with hot stamping experience; able to travel frequently and work on his own creatively; able to write and communicate in English; good communication skills.
至少三年印刷行业应用技术烫金经验，有热烫经验为佳，愿意经常出差并独立工作，良好的沟通技巧，能用英语读写和交流尤佳。
