1.职位描述
（1）负责所管理工程的产量，满足计划要求和时间要求
（1）Be responsible for output of his respective section up to requirements by size and on time
（2）负责所在工段的在库品，以避免断料或过度生产
（2）Be responsible for stock of his respective section to avoid shortage and also overproduction of products
（3）确保设备，生产用料和人员胜任性，以实现产量管理
（3）Ensure machine material availability, employee competency to fulfill output
（4）负责减少所在工段的废料减少。树立目标并制定计划实现目标
（4）Be responsible for all scrap reduction from his respective section. Setting up target and defining measures to achieve the target
（5）确保设备，生产用料的质量状态和人员胜任性，以实现质量
（5）Ensure machine material suitability, employee competency to fulfill quality
（6）负责改善后工段或客户的不满意事项
（6）be responsible for improvement on the complaint from next process or customer
（7）负责所在部门人员的胜任性，配合HR进行招聘，培训和胜任性管理
（7）Be responsible for employee's competency in his section. Cooperate with human resource on recruiting, training and competency management to ensure it
（8）负责所在工段的生产效率改善，制定计划通过改善工艺不断提高设备利用率和消除一切浪费
（8）Be responsible for productive efficiency of his respective section. Define measures to improve process to maximum utilization rate of machine and eliminate all kinds of waste
（9）管理所在工段的员工安全，配合ESH制定提高员工安全意识的培训，宣讲以及激励员工重视安全的活动
（9）Be responsible for employee's safety in his section. Cooperate with ESH department to define appropriate measures to train people, address people and motivate people to take care of his safety

2.任职要求
（1）大学化学或相关专业以上学历
（1）College degree with major in chemistry or adjacent to chemistry
（2）五年以上制造厂方面的工作经验
（2）5 years manufacturing experience
（3）具备两年半以上的团队管理经验
（3）Managing a team for at least 2.5 year
