HTAC - EDI Order Processing Specialist - Job Description
This position reports directly to the Office Manager and is responsible for the followings:
- Retrieves EDI information and populates appropriate documents.
- Reviews customer generated bulletins daily and assures compliances.
- Communicates with customers, logistic companies and custom agents to arrange shipment.
- Prepares documentations for exporting and importing.
- Prepares documentations for domestic transportation.
- Prepares packaging labels according to EDI information.
- Sends ASN daily as required.
- Organizes and maintains all order processing documents.
- Works closely with accounting and production personnel to assure smooth transformation of orders to revenue.

Skill Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English (CET-6 or TEM-8).
- Knowledge or experience with international trade and logistic management.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
