- Develops and maintains customer relationships with existing customers through scheduled phone calls, e-mails & on-site visits.
- Identifies new potential customers and products that suit HTAC's and the Techform Group's business plan.
- Identifies customer's desires and product trends.
- Promotes Techform's capabilities and professionalism.
- Facilitates communications between customers and multiple departments within HTAC.
- Maintains the HTAC Sales Update report.
- Meets sales targets and helps the organization to expand at a sustainable speed.
