  Job Assignment:

• Support part of HR activities e.g. intern recruitment, HR data collection and etc.;

      支持部门HR日常活动，如实习生招聘、HR数据收集;

• Support Employee life cycle management e.g. probation and contract renewal notification;

      支持员工被雇佣周期内日常管理，如发放试用期、合同续签等通知；

• Support timekeeping system management;

      支持考勤系统管理;

• Support office admin management e.g. fruit, shuttle bus, cleaning, mail, meeting room management and etc.

      支持办公室行政运营管理，如水果、班车记录、清洁、收发邮件和会议室管理等。

    

Job Requirement:

• College student or above; 

      本科或以上在校生；

• Can work 3 days or above per week;

      每周3天或以上实习时间；

• Good English capability both in reading and writing;

      良好的英语读写能力；

• Willing to study, Careful and down to earth person;

      热爱学习, 做事仔细，踏实；

• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

      有良好的人际交往能力及团队精神。

  

Others: 

• 120 RMB per day; 

      实习津贴每天120元； 

• Provide shuttle bus from downtown and company.

      提供上下班班车。
