1. 审核及处理员工报销及供应商应付账款，确保符合相应的公司政策；

2. 与员工及项目团队有效沟通不符合政策的报销及付款；

3. 处理并核对客户应收账款，负责催收应收账款并出具应收账龄分析表；

4. 按时在财务系统里完成应收应付凭证的录入及其他月底结账前需要录入的相关凭证；

5. 核对应收应付关联方余额，准备关联方情况及调节表；

6. 有序归档合同采购订单及其他财务相关的文件；

7. 协助内部/外部审计提供相关的财务信息；

任职要求：

1. 财会相关专业本科以上学历；

2. 2年以上应收/应付相关工作经验；

3. 良好的人际沟通能力及协调能力；

4. 良好的英语口语及书写能力；

5. 熟练使用办公Excel 软件及熟悉财务甲骨文系统者优先；

6. 诚信，对工作仔细、认真、责任心强，有良好的团队合作精神、有原则性和良好的职业道德；
