职位描述
工作职责:
"1、对建筑专业技术实施动态管理，严格执行技术控制流程；
2、协调图纸设计中各专业（建筑、结构、水、电、暖）技术配合；
3、负责对总图、施工图、综合外管网图纸的审核及重大技术问题的处理；
4、根据技术管理流程和项目进度控制表，负责建筑专业的设计内容、质量要求、技术措施、设计验证等的控制；
5、主持编制建筑专业设计各阶段的设计文件，协助项目经理协调本专业的设计进度；
6、负责建筑专业内部与其它各专业间的技术配合，协助项目经理对外进行与顾客的沟通，与合作单位的技术搭接；
7、施工图完成阶段，在保证图纸完整性和准确性的前提下，负责整理本专业所有图纸并移交项目经理；
8、协助项目经理组织设计会审和会签；
9、施工图完成后，负责组织本专业设计人员参加施工技术交底，并组织落实和解决审批及施工技术交底中有关本专业的设计问题；
10、组织本专业设计人员参加各阶段的验收。
任职资格:
1、建筑学相关专业，本科或以上学历，具有高级技术职称及以上任职资格；有注册证优先；
2、3年以上建筑专业负责人工作经验，熟悉从方案到施工图设计服务的全过程及主要环节和控制点；
3、精通建筑设计质量管理，具备解决建筑方案、施工图设计中质量问题的能力；
4、熟练操作AUTOCAD、Photoshop等专业软件及 Word、Excel、Powerpoint等办公软件；
5、熟悉制图规范以及相关的建筑规范和设计流程，作风严谨、细致；
6、具有较强的协调沟通能力，既具有和甲方沟通的丰富经验，又具有和其他相关专业协调的能力。
