Responsibilities:
1. Mechanical 3D Parts Design, Module Design and 2D Engineering Drawing drafting.
2. Work with electrical, software, platform and RF group to develop/deliver workable, reliable system.
3. PLM through company system, including CIP, DCO/ECO, BOM maintaining and updating.
4. Perform function simulations, including mechanical, thermal and flow etc. Plan and act module Test and report test results.
5. Prepare design review material, compile engineer specifications and support system engineer creating system document such as installation procedure and operation manuals.
6. Develop parts manufacturing process, test procedure & SPEC and acceptance criteria together with suppliers.
7. Hands on modules assembling and guide MFG creating installation SOP, especially for 1st article design.
岗位职责:
? 机械三维零件设计、模块设计、二维工程图绘制。       
? 与电气、软件、平台和射频组合作，开发/交付可行、可靠的系统             
? 通过公司系统进行PLM，包括CIP、DCO/ECO、BOM维护和更新。
? 进行功能模拟，包括机械、热力和流量等。计划和执行模块测试，并报告测试结果。
? 准备设计评审资料，编写工程师规范，支持系统工程师编制系统文件，如安装程序和操作手册。
? 与供应商共同制定零件制造工艺、试验规程、规范和验收准则。             
? 实际操作模块组装和指导制造商制定安装标准操作规程，特别是首件设计。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering, Master is preferred.
2. Solid foundation in the fields of motion machinery and drive, vacuum system, gas and liquid transport system, heating and cooling system, structure analysis, machinery manufacturing and processing
3. Proficient in using Solidworks, AutoCAD and other drawing software
4. Problem solving and innovation ability, positive working attitude
5. Teamwork spirit and good communication skills
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
7. able to travel
