Reports to: Head of Compensation & Benefit APAC

1.    What you will do:

Work as a team member of human resources Linde Engineering APAC and manage all human resources related daily operation issues and HR management system (SAPHRON) to meet to requirements of normal operation of company business.

We are looking for a self-driven, result-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication and team spirit who is willing to support and contribute to the fast growth of a company.

2.    Key Accountabilities (Tasks & Responsibilities)

·      Be responsible for the data maintenance of SAPHRON system, set-up, update & test of system projects;

·      Be responsible for the related HR matters of the international assignment;

·      Be responsible for the entry and exit procedure of employees, sign and manage laborur contracts, establish & manage employee internal files (electronic and paper);

·      Be participate in the development of the certain HR policies and management process & regulations

·      Be participate in the writing of the company's various management processes, rules and regulations;

·      Be a member of LE APAC HR team to contribute to the common topics;

·      Other ad-hoc and project works assigned;

3.    Key Capabilities (Professional Knowledges, Working Experiences & Soft Skills)

·      Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other business management related disciplines;

·      5+ years of working experiences in the field of human resources management, work experience in foreign enterprises is preferred;

·      Be familiar with Chinese labor laws and regulations, have the awareness of risk control;

·      Proficient in human resource management software (like SAP);

·      Proficient in Office software;

·      Good interpersonal skills, communication skills;

·      Excellent teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility with good execution;

·      Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in both Chinese & English skills;

·      Honest & faithful, good professional ethics;

Engineering Hub of Linde Engineering in P.R.China
Linde Engineering (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. (LEH) was established on April 30, 2005 and its former “Hangzhou Engineering & Sales Center” of Linde Process Plant Co., Ltd. since from 2002.
