Internal Systems

？  Domain control system: DHCP, DNS, accounts, VPN accounts, access permission, domain polices

？  Each office router firewall configuration update, network monitor

？  File server; system, accounts, access permission, backup

？  OA system: hardware, software, database, accounts maintenance

？  Mail Archive system, mail account open and outlook support

？  FTP server: hardware, software, accounts, data transfer logs, trouble shorting, customer support

？  Backup server: daily backup whole MIS system data, backup schedule, database maintenance, backup tape or disks maintenance etc.

？  Security systems: Via control system & Virus scan server system update, door access system CCTV monitor system, etc.

？  Other small systems for special usage，name card system, conference audio system etc.

 

l  Perform routine servers states and data backup state check & verify

l  Weekly check Office scan server(virus scan check), and Via Control center state check, Monitor and maintain security video record system

l  Internet connection state, speed and firewall performance monitor, oversea internet connection problem resolve, remote office proxy server setting

l  System accounts create, modify and terminal for internal users, access permission update

l  Manager FTP account for both internal user and external customers, and tech support

l  All sites troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.

l  Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan

l  Develop and control the IT security policy

l  Document network configuration and resolutions for future reference

l  PC system setup, upgrade, software installation and backup for all employees

l  Network scan printer installation, usage log check

l  IT training of internal system, software, printer WIFI etc.

l  Install and maintenance Linux system for testing tools, license server and workstation

l  Investigate, recommend and install new applications & trouble shorting, nearly 24X7 standby

 

 

Telephony

ASR worldwide VOIP phone system: Unify extension list, internal conference call system

l  Manages and develops upgrades to the company's telephone system.

l  All sites telephone changes, including routing for seating assignments

l  NEC system log and user phone call log

l  Investigate, recommend and install new telecom services

 

Help Desk Administration (700 Employees)

 

l  All sites all help desk activities, responds to escalated help desk issues.

l  All sites the administration and maintenance of all software

l  Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions

l  Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.

l  All sites office remote support, SZ office time to time on side support

 

 

Asset Management

l  Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.

l  Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies at the regional level.

l  Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.

l  Servers PCs hardware inventory maintenance, new equipment research, compare price with different vendor, purchase the best option with lowest price

 

Other works

l  Office relocation project, decoration project follow up & coordination

l  Admin support, meet room setup, office facility maintenance support, etc.

l  Other special requirement about Server or PC from each dept.
