Description:

1. Provide the technical support to customer by building service relationship
2. Work with Sales team to achieve sales revenue goal
3. Collect customer's technical requirement & market information
4. Communicate with Project Management (PM) and RD teams for customer support and internal support activities
5. Collect project cost information from functional teams; evaluate project engineering design effort and schedule, prepare cost sheet and proposal for customer project. Prepare SOW and IP solution and datasheet for customer project.

6. Upload design data and provide technical support before tape out

Qualification:

1. B.Sc. or M.Sc in Electrical engineering or equivalent are required
2. English required – verbal and written
3. Good communication skill
4. Good documentation skill in Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, Project2003.
5. Technical support experiences in IC Design service field will be a plus
6. 3+ years of IC design experience in two of following field: STD/IO/Mem circuit design, High Speed interface design, Data converter design, SOC integration design, ARM core and peripheral design and verification, Digital IP development.

7, Familiar with IC designs tools, such as: Calibre, Virtuso, Hspice, Laker, Composer, StarRC-XT, Formality, DFT compiler, ICC/Ecounter, PT, DC/RC, Perl, C, C-shell, Tcl, etc.
