Job Responsibilities 

1, formulate cross-border e-commerce platform marketing strategy, optimize the operation process, establish a sound online operation system; 2. Analyze and summarize the overall trend of e-commerce market, the situation of competitors and the internal operation data of the company, so as to provide decision support for the overall e-commerce business planning. 3, develop Amazon / Ebay Annual Business Plan and various marketing plans, supervise and guide the implementation and optimization of various marketing activities; 4. According to the characteristics of e-commerce channels on different platforms, combine cross-border e-commerce industry and channel resources, establish Platform Distribution and category purchase system; 5. Responsible for the analysis and development of the company's Amazon / ebay platform product positioning and procurement channels, develop the corresponding strategic mechanism, develop explosive and competitive categories; 6, the company cross-border e-commerce business innovation, overseas warehouse data monitoring and optimization of logistics costs; 7, using a variety of ways to enhance the platform by customers attention, online shopping platform data monitoring and analysis, website ranking keyword engine optimization. 

Qualifications

 1, familiar with cross-border Amazon and Ebay platform game rules, and have many years of successful cross-border e-commerce project experience; 2,2 years of Cross-border E-commerce Work Experience; 3, the current situation of cross-border e-commerce and industry more understanding of the dynamic, proficient in category positioning and the creation of explosive money, with excellent market development experience; 4, Excellent Risk Aversion ability, knowledge of Amazon / Ebay and related cross-border e-commerce legal provisions; 5, strong ability of data analysis and judgment, careful thinking; 6, dare to take on responsibilities, can bear greater pressure
