职位描述：

1、 具有模拟版图设计能力，熟悉晶体管、电阻、电容、电源和接地耦合、差分对信号通路等的匹配感；

2、 熟练使用EDA布局工具；   

3、 能够与其他模拟IC电路布局协调，确保可靠、高效、一致和成功地交付模拟IC电路布局；

4、 了解模拟集成电路的设计技术和方法；

5、 熟悉模拟集成电路顶层芯片组装，包括平面布局和模块布局。有实际的验证和解决问题的经验；

6、 具有良好的团队管理和指导能力。

任职资格：   

1、本科需具备10年以上微电子、电子工程应用经验，研究生需具备7年以上微电子、电子工程应用工作经验；    

2、曾以个人贡献者的身份成功完成了6个以上的设计项目，以团队领导的身份完成了3个以上的设计项目；   

3、必须具备较强的沟通能力。

   

Position Description:  

1、Capable on analog layout design, good knowledge on matching sense from transistor, resistor, capacitor, power and ground coupling, signal path from differential pairs etc.   

2、Proficient with EDA layout tools.    

3、Ability to coordinate with the other analog IC circuit layout, ensuring robust, efficient, consistent and successful delivery of analog IC circuit layout.   

4、Understand the analog IC design technology and process/methodology.  

5、Good on analog IC top level chip assembly including floorplan and block layout. Hands-on experience in physical verification and resolution.    

6、Have good skill on team management and coaching the layout team.

    

Position Requirement:    

1、Must have BS degree with 10+ years of applicable experience, MS degree with 7+ years of applicable experience in microelectronics, electrical engineering.   

2、Have demonstrated successful completion of 6+ design projects as an individual contributor and 3+ design projects as team leader.

3、Essential that the candidate demonstrates strong communication skill.
