岗位职责:

1. Short term and long term planning of machine capacity and materials on basis of actual orders and forecast in SAP. 根据SAP系统中的实际订单和预测数据，对机器容量和材料制定短期和长期计划。

2. Manage produced finished machine inventory, to meet a high service level, in combination with an acceptable inventory level.结合可接受的库存水平要求，对机器产成品加以管理，以达到更高的服务水准。

3. Work with Master Scheduler closely on monthly capacity and demand for each region and arrange rough cut capacity plan according to month demand plan 密切和主计划工作，根据每月产能以及月度各个地区的需求，来制定出月度生产以及产能计划。

4. Make daily production planning/weekly planning for the coming x days by balancing demand with capacity and material availability. 通过平衡需求，产能和可用材料，制定未来X天的生产计划。

5. Manage every customer order production order process and provide realistic delivery date and follow up till the machine finished 管理每个客户订单，提供合理的交货期，处理生产订单事宜直到生产完毕。

6. Provide monthly, and upon request, production capacity needs. 根据要求，每月提供产能需求。

7. Perform an ATP check on a regular* basis and expedite material shortages. 定期进行ATP检查，并加快解决材料短缺问题

8. Manage backorders, provide a weekly backorder report. 对延期交货进行管理,提供每周延期交货报告.

9. Communicate constraints to meet a requested delivery date to customer and CS. 向客服和客户沟通按时交货所面临的限制。

10. Manage weekly machine/kit STO planning and cooperate with the logistics department. 管理每周STO国外机器以及组装件计划，并与物流部门合作。

11. Other tasks department leader assigned.部门指派其它的任务。

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree with majored in Material Managements/Supply Chain/Logistics; 本科学历，物料管理/供应链/物流专业优先

2. Have basic written and oral skills; 具有一定的书面和口语能力

3. Minimum 2 years working experience in production planning; 2年以上生产计划管理经验

4. Experience on SAP operations in MM,PP module and WM experience preferred ; 有SAP MM PP模块经验，有仓库管理模块经验优先

5. Good interpersonal skills; 良好的人际沟通能力
