岗位职责:

1.Coordinate with internal team and freight forwarder to pick up and deliver the oversea parts and equipment on time. 协调内部团队和货运代理，交付海外零部件和设备.

2.Monitor ETA of the shipment.Update lastest date both in SAP system and shipping report timely. 管控货物的到货时间，在SAP系统和运输报告中及时更新货物状态。

3.Communicate with broker and preparing customers clearance documents.准备清关资料。

4.Domestic transportation arrangement.安排内陆运输。

5.Make transportation schedule based on customer order or production plan. 根据订单制定运输计划。

6.Monthly report and KPI report follow up. 跟踪月度报告和KPI报告。

7.Developing co-operations between functions and departments. 发展各职能部门之间的合作。

8.Execute other tasks assigned by superiors. 完成上司分配的其他任务

任职资格:

1.College degree major in international trade & logistics are preferred; 大专学历，国际贸易和物流专业的优先考虑

2.Knowledge of Import and Export Management, familiar with relevant China Customs & CIQ rules; 具备进出口管理相关知识，熟悉中国海关和出入境检验检疫局的相关规定

3.Good computer skill in Word, Excel, Power point etc.; 熟悉Word, Excel, Power point 等办公软件。

4.Interpersonal skills, good ability of English skills; 良好的人际关系处理能力和英语能力

5.E-Log book handling experience is a plus; 具备电子记录簿处理经验为佳
