岗位职责：

①机械设计制造及其自动化等机械相关专业。具有较强的设计思维，头脑灵活，动手能力强，较高的自我约束能力，自我学习欲望。希望从事机械设计相关行业。

②能够独立设计非标设备总体结构，部件等，熟练对各种机械类常规配件选型。动力部分包括伺服电机，普通电机马达等；传动部分包括同步轮，同步带，齿轮，齿条，轴承，丝杆等；熟悉气动元件包括气缸，各种阀体选型使用等；熟悉材料特性，及热处理，表面处理工艺，

③熟悉机加工，焊接，钣金，注塑等生产工艺，方法；能够很好平衡精度公差要求与产品要求，加工条件成本的三者关系；

④熟练使用Solidworks，cad等设计软件；具有良好的机械设计理论基础（理论力学，机械制造，机械设计等）；能够熟练出具标准规范的图纸。

⑤良好的沟通，团队协作能力，具有一定项目管理能力，积极参与新产品的试装，测试，总结，优化。有行业经验的优先。

薪资待遇：

1、8000-12000元（能力+工作经验=薪资，不能一棒打死一船人，更加***的，薪资可以上飘）；
