岗位职责：

1.对加工厂测试技术进行支持，提升；

2.负责主导PCBA制造工厂根据测试计划搭建和维护测试环境；

3.协助NPI工程师与测试开发工程师完成DFT；

4.主导PCBA制造工厂对测试中发现的问题进行详细分析和准确定位，与开发人员讨论缺陷解决方案；

5.主导对测试阶段产品出现的功能性不良进行分析和提出改善措施；

6.提出对产品的进一步改进的建议，并评估改进方案是否合理。对测试结果进行总结与统计分析，对测试进行跟踪，并提出反馈意见；

7.负责PCBA制造工厂测试工具，自动化系统，联网系统管理与维护；

8.协助自动化工程师完成自动测试技术的研发及应用。

任职要求：

1.专业： 电子、通信工程、电气工程、控制科学与工程等相关专业；

2.10年以上从事通信电子产品的生产测试；

3.熟练掌握计算机操作技能，电子线路分析知识，熟练应用一门编程语言，熟练操作测试仪器仪表，熟悉MSA测试系统分析，了解数据库管理技术；

4.必须要有非常强的品质观念和持续改善的意识；有自动化测试经验优先。

 

The Testing Engineer will be based in HeFei. The role will be focusing on tele-com products’ testing & troubleshooting with good FA.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

? Work closely with customer/R&D for test programming FW/HW/SW configuration.

? Experience of embedded C/C++/Python/Labview language developing, object-oriented developing.

? Experience with hardware to be used in the testing of tele-com products. This will include RF and digital fixtures used to automate testing.

? Responsible for troubleshooting & Debugging.

? Continuously improve semi-auto testing and automation testing and debugging capability and provide training for technicians.

? Work closely with team continue improve test yield.

? Testing optimization to improve efficiency.

? Fluent in English - read, writing, speaking.

? Major in computer sciences, electronics engineering, tele-communication enginnering.

? Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

? Bachelor's degree above.

? 5+ years testing related experience.

? Attention to detail and ability to thoroughly document projects (e.g. schematics, BOMs, user manuals, drawings, etc.).

? Familiar with tele-com products troubleshooting and related instrument operation.

Here are a few of our preferred experiences:

? Basic knowledge of test instruments, such as CMW500, CMW100, 8960, CMU200, Power Meter…

? Basic knowledge of test methodology and responsible for troubleshooting & Debugging.
