工作职责：

*订单管理

1 在公司规定时间内，准确及时选定并下单给供应商；

2 及时和供应商跟进货物的交期；

3 维护清楚准确的信息提供给客户，及时确认交期给客户。

*安排验货和出货

1 根据交期情况，及时确认订单验货渠道；

2做好供应商和烟验货方之间的沟通保证验货进展顺利；

3 和客户确认出货明细并及时确认给工厂

4 跟进验货进展，做好订单收货，并及时确认给物流；，

5 跟进货物直到货物顺利到达；

*供应商管理

1 积极主动地提高交期情况，安排供应商优先安排我司产品及确认着急款式，优先生产；

2 和供应商沟通，改善和维护交期的稳定性；

3 在和供应商合作的时候能积极地发现供应商不合理的地方并积极尝试解决问题。

岗位要求：
1 大专及以上学历，2年以上外贸跟单工作经验；

2 逻辑思维能力强，对数字敏感，有很好的风险防范意识；
3 良好的沟通技巧，有一定的商务谈判能力，善于在工作中发现问题解决问题不断完善工作流程；

4 责任心强，工作细致认真，能够在一定压力下高效地完成繁琐的事务性工作；

5.熟练使用办公软件, 熟悉外贸业务操作流程；

工作时间：

8:40-12:10 13:30-18:00 单双轮休
