1. More than 2 years of IC assembly &test experience is preferred; better on PVD. CVD

2. Responsible for the maintenance and management of PVD equipment; timely diagnosis and troubleshooting of production equipment faults and recover the machine.

3. Responsible for daily maintenance and PM of equipment, timely diagnosis and troubleshooting of production equipment  faults;

4. Completed the analysis report of equipment problems.

5. Responsible for equipment work, improvement and optimization to ensure smooth production

Job Requirements :

1. Familiar with equipment maintenance, more than 2 years of PVD equipment maintenance experience;

2. Familiar with equipment maintenance, maintenance process, specifications and standards; Responsible for the maintenance and management of PVD equipment; equipment trouble shooting, compile equipment maintenance files, ensure the product equipment smoothly run, reduce the number of repeated failures, implement the equipment renovation project plan, improve the capacity of equipment,

3. At least 2 years of Equipment engineer experience; like PVD CVD

4. Diligent and eager to learn, strong practical ability, sense of responsibility and initiative;

5. Strong team spirit, strong communication and coordination skills.
