Job Responsibilities:
Main duties are described as follows. Other duties may be assigned as scope and client requirements of the position will be analyzed on an ongoing basis.
? Perform factory process assessment/evaluation based on client's defined scope. Areas that usually fall in scope include:
? Production planning and control to realize the final product based on client's actual demand
? Factory's capability in terms of process control, change management, technical info management, and training
? Production process monitoring and control, product quality control
? Map out existing process (both business/manufacturing) and point out areas of focus/concern as input for management review.
? Troubleshoot problems as reported by clients or uncovered during the assessment process. Provide best practice suggestion and/or recommendation for resolution.
? Devise improvement plans that can be implemented to fix issues found during assessment and present to management.
? Work with client(s) to ensure that good practices are used to develop and implement corrective actions. Emphasize on process quality control and CAPA.
Job Requirements:
Basic Requirement:
? B.S or above.
? Fluent in both Chinese and English.
? Rich knowledge on consumer electronics products.
? Basic knowledge on sampling and inspection.
? Able to travel and good communication skill with client/ vendor / factory.
? Min 5 years of working experience in manufacturing, Engineering, or QA in electronic industry.
Preferred Requirement:
? Familiar with North America product safety standard and regulation
? Familiar with retailer sourcing process and QA
Other skills and abilities:
? Basic General computer knowledge
? Good proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point
