1. 负责公司化工设备的管理工作，熟悉各类化工设备的工作原理；
2. 熟练掌握化工设备的工作原理、具备化工设备工程安装、验收、检维修相关知识；
3. 熟悉设备技术谈判、中间验收、出厂验收、安装、单机试车、联动试车，及日常运行维护管理等；
4. 熟悉化工行业的设备设计、安装、维护的各种规范、标准及流程；
5. 精通压缩机、泵、大型动设备的选型、安装、调试和维护管理；
6. 负责设备安装、调试、运行阶段的备品备件的管理；
7. 负责设备相关资料的收集和管理，基础台账的建立和维护；
8. 负责设备的日常运行维护管理，及时处理设备故障和缺陷。注重预防性维护，定期对设备进行巡点检。定期对设备故障进行统计和分析，制定针对性措施，提出专业化解决方案，努力降低设备故障率，减少非计划停车次数。
9. 负责设备更新、改造、大修、中修、等计划的制定和实施。
10. 监督并管理设备检维修，提供日常检修必要的技术支持和指导。
11. 完成领导交办的其他事务。

岗位要求:

1.具备良好的团队合作能力、沟通协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力；

2.爱岗敬业、廉洁自律、正直善良、富有创新精神；

3.能够熟练使用AUTOCAD、OFFICE等办公软件；

4.有相关化工装置大型机泵、机组等设备维护、安装、管理经验，持工程师

证、技能等级证者优先。

5.6年以上相关工作经验。过程装备与控制工程、化工机械、机电一体化等机械类相关专业。
