Initiating and developing industry project space management, including mechanical, process & electrical equipment & piping routing, layout and section, conceptual design and detailed design associated with disciplines design engineer. 根据项目情况及相关规范, 与项目各专业设计工程师共同进行工业项目动力、工艺、电力设备及管道平面空间布置和走向概念设计和施工图设计。

Coordinate with each discipline to ensure IFC drawings following overall project space management, and updating space management drawings according to project stage and construction conditions.  

协调各设计专业图纸符合总体项目空间管理规划，并根据项目进展及现场实际情况对空间管理图纸进行实施更新。

Requirements岗位要求：

Bachelor degree or above in water supply and sewage engineering/HVAC/Environmental Engineering or relevant给水排水工程/热能工程/环境工程或相关专业本科及以上学历

Over 2 years working experiences in local design institute or engineering company. 在设计院或工程公司有超过2年以上工作经验。

Semiconductor and or Pharmaceutic project reference is preferred. 有半导体/制药行业相关项目经验者优先。

Proficiency in the use of graphics software such as CAD能熟练操作运用CAD等绘图软件
