Your mission

The role

-Process 3-way matching, review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to paymentMonth end closing, AP BU allocation, ICE report reconciles, Interco match in GPS

-Reconcile vendor statements (include 3rd party and intercompany), research and correct discrepancies

-Preparing monthly BSR report, AP (include 3rd party and intercompany) aging reports and analysis as directed by the FSC Manager.

-Prepare KPI report, AP forecast etc.

-Vendor application collection and submit to data management team, include 3rd party, I/C vendor and employee

-System assist:  E-Req, E-CEP approve.

-Indent sales accounts payable application collection, send to UK AP team and indent sale related journal posting

-Provide supporting documentation for internal and external audit

-Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices

-Assist with other tasks as needed

Skills and experience

-University Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

-2+ years’ work experience in an accounting role.

-Good working knowledge of MS office, especially Excel spreadsheets

-Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner

-Ability to read, write and speak basic English and English accounting words
