Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the accuracy of work performed
takes a proactive approach to ensure high quality of work.
* Able to work independently to develop process equipment design concepts and detail mechanisms in response to manufacturing issues/problem
* Communicate ideas and project status clearly and professionally through graphic and written media and oral presentations.
* Provide necessary documentation of activities, results and assignments.
* Direct vendors in the construction of prototype and production equipment. Perform tests and evaluate data to make preliminary recommendations regarding equipment performance.

Education & Experience
* 3~6 Experience with mechanical design and equipment construction is a plus
Required Skills
* Proficient in AutoCAD or Solidworks/Inventor software.
* Detail oriented and able to perform with limited supervision
* Effective, high quality oral and written communication skills
* Proactive, independent, flexible, quick learner
* Excellent computer skills (working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office)
* Customer oriented

* Experience in equipment design field and engineering analysis FEA
* Strong capability of mechanical drawing comprehension
* Familiar with GD&T, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Mechanical components.
* Familiar with manufacturing method- Milling, Turning, Grinding, Sheet metal, etc
* Familiar with contract manufacturing and negotiate with vendor on design, cost, schedule, and so on.
* Project management skill and good communication capability

BS or above degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
