Position Description:
The Company is looking for a factory-based Financial Controller to oversee all financial matters in connection with the plant's operations, which will include general accounting, financial control, treasury, tax, financial analysis and reporting..

Reporting Line:
1. Plant General Manager
2. HQ General Manager - Plant Financial Control

Team Size: [ 30-40 ]

Location:Hefei

Key Duties
· Oversees smooth and efficient running of the plant's finance department
· Responsible for all finance functions, including plant costing, financial accounting, analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, tax compliance and reporting, and treasury management
· Comply with statutory reporting in accordance with IFRS and China GAAP
· Comply with China's tax and legislative requirements
· Effective cash flow and treasury management of the plant
· Timely reporting and communication of management and financial results to Shanghai HQ
· Maintain effective internal controls and integrity of the accounting system at the plant
· Resolve accounting issues in competent manner
· Oversee regulatory compliance and filling
· Provide financial advices and recommendations to the plant's senior management and to Shanghai HQ
· Work closely with plant general manager on business issues
· Work closely with HQ to effectively execute group policy and procedures

Qualification and Experience Requirements:
Good experience in general accounting, costing, financial control, analysis and reporting in a plant environment
With 7-10 years of relevant experience or 3-4 years Big 4 auditing/accounting experience at a relevant level
Strong knowledge of Chinese tax
Familiar with ERP systems, experience with Oracle is a plus
Bachelor degree in accounting or finance and additional professional certification preferred
Excellent Chinese language and communication skills required
Adequate English language skills required
