In charge of the production technology center quality related work, report to Quality Manager
负责该生产技术中心的相关质量工作, 向质量部经理汇报。

Job descriptions:
岗位职责：
1.as a team member training overseas and transfer production line and production technology;
作为项目团队成员接受海外培训并转移生产线和生产工艺；
2.responsible for the company's product quality supervision and maintenance, to ensure product quality meet the relevant requirements and meet the need of production;
负责公司产品质量的监督与维护，保证成品质量符合相关要求并满足生产的需要；
3.to assist the company equipment, materials and process development, tracking the technical details to ensure that meet the requirements of the use;
协助公司设备,材料和工艺的开发,跟踪制造技术细节确保其满足使用要求；
4.Establishment and supervision of various raw materials, semi-finished and finished product testing procedures and activities, to ensure that raw materials, semi-finished and finished product inspection work timely and smoothly;
制定及监督各种原材料、半成品及成品的检验程序及活动，保证原材料、半成品及成品的检验工作及时顺利进行；
5.responsible for the company's product quality analysis, and report to the Department manager;
负责公司产品的质量分析，并向部门经理汇报；
6.tissue nonconforming product review, participate in the corrective and preventive measures for the formulation and verification;
组织不合格品的评审，参与纠正和预防措施的制定及验证；
7.responsible for the daily management of customer complaints;
负责顾客投诉的日常管理工作；
8.responsible for quality control departments all use of facilities and equipment to meet the product inspection requirements, to ensure that all measurement instruments in a normal state;
负责品管部门所有使用的设备及仪器满足产品检验要求，保证所有计量仪器处于正常状态；
9.for the inspection record audit and inspection records management work;
负责检验记录的审核及检验记录的管理工作；
10.develop and maintain QA department training plan;
发展及维持品管部门的培训计划；
11.complete other tasks assigned by superior.
完成上级安排的其他任务。

Requirements:
任职资格：
1.machinery design and manufacturing, mechanical and electrical integration, industrial automation, chemical, or polymer material and related major, bachelor degree or above;
机械设计与制造,机电一体化,工业自动化,化学化工,或高分子材料相关专业,本科以上学历；
2.at least 3 years foreign invested enterprises engaged in quality work experience and experience;
至少3年以上外资企业从事质量工作经验和阅历；
3.be familiar with ISO13485 quality management system standards, and the application can be skilled;
熟知ISO13485质量管理体系标准，并能熟练应用；
4.with the medical equipment manufacturing enterprises and clean room control experience is preferred;
具有医疗器械生产企业以及洁净室控制经验者优先；
5.master the basic methods for quality control, skilled in the use of statistical techniques, knowledge of 6 Sigma technique;
掌握质量控制的基本方法，熟练运用统计技术，了解6σ技术；
6.good analysis, judgment, organization, strain capacity to deal with the problem;
具有良好的分析，判断，组织，应变处理问题能力；
7.can skilled use of office software;
能够熟练使用各种办公软件；
8.good command of English in listening, speaking, and writing skills,have CET4 level .
良好的英语听、说、写能力，具有英语四级水平。

Nipro Medical(Hefei) Co., Ltd. was incorporated on 26th October 2010 from 100% investment from Nipro Corporation(www.nipro.co.jp) .
Nipro Corporation is a manufacturer of medical devices with its headquarters in Osaka, Japan, and the products are supplied to hospitals all over the world with its brand “NIPRO”.
Its Hefei factory plans to construct a large scale of workshops within the ground area of approx. 190,000M2 inside the Hefei Economic & Technology Development Area and will produce synthetic membrane dialyzers, blood tubing sets for hemodialysis, intravenous cannulas and three-way stopcocks in Phase One for providing to hospitals around the country.
We believe that this new enterprise will be helpful for contribution to social welfares in the People’s Republic of China.
