Position summary:
职位概要：
To assist the leadership to complete the polishing machine and polishing machine research, installation, design and other related work, ensure the equipment safety, reliability, maintainability and cost requirements.
协助领导完成研磨机和抛光机的研究,安装,设计等相关工作, 确保此机械设备的可靠性、安全性、可维护性和成本的要求。

Job responsibilities:
岗位职责：
1.Engaged in production related equipment research, design, installation;
从事生产相关设备的研究、安装、设计等；
2.According to the requirement of the production, production equipment improved scheme was put forward and the timely implementation;
根据生产的需要，对生产相关设备的提出改进方案并及时执行；
3.The implementation of production machinery and equipment related to the structure of the reliability test, and do well in parts of the assessment and verification work and risk analysis;
实施生产相关机械设备的结构件的可靠性试验，并做好零部件的评估和验证工作及风险分析；
4.Be responsible to the management of technical writing, information integrity, effectiveness and safety;
负责所辖范围技术文件的编写、资料的完整性、有效性及安全性；
5.Finish the other tasks assigned by superior.
完成上级安排的其他任务。

Requirement:
任职资格：
1. gender: male, aged about20-30, mechanical design and manufacturing, polishing / grinding is relevant and professional, technical secondary school or above;
性别男性,年龄20-30岁左右,机械设计与制造,抛光/研磨相关专业,中专以上学历；
2.at least 3 years related working experience of grinding;
至少3年以上研磨相关工作经验；
3.good analysis, judgment, strain communication ability;
良好的分析，判断，应变沟通能力；
4.local people is priority.
本地人优先考虑。

Nipro Medical(Hefei) Co., Ltd. was incorporated on 26th October 2010 from 100% investment from Nipro Corporation(www.nipro.co.jp) .
Nipro Corporation is a manufacturer of medical devices with its headquarters in Osaka, Japan, and the products are supplied to hospitals all over the world with its brand “NIPRO”.
Its Hefei factory plans to construct a large scale of workshops within the ground area of approx. 190,000M2 inside the Hefei Economic & Technology Development Area and will produce synthetic membrane dialyzers, blood tubing sets for hemodialysis, intravenous cannulas and three-way stopcocks in Phase One for providing to hospitals around the country.
We believe that this new enterprise will be helpful for contribution to social welfares in the People’s Republic of China.
