1.职位描述

(1) Operations

· Supervise the support to Corporate Purchasing and Tyre Investment Purchasing in operational activities such as issues PO in SAP system

· Manage daily operation of local purchasing operation in ensuring timely ordering and delivery of Machinery and Equipment for the new Tyre Plant

(2) Standers and processes

· To implement all the necessary procedures according to the policy practiced by Corporate Purchasing and ensure that this policy is adhered to at all times

(3) SAP

· To manage and ensure that the duty as Local Key User function for SAP (MM Module) is carry out accordingly

· Evaluate gaps between existing standard processes and local legal requirements (together with Central Key User)

· Understand local business processes and have relevant knowledge in SAP R3

· Ensure translation of customizing, documentation and relevant master date to local language (if needed)

· Ensure quality of implementation of Conti Standard business processes

· Co-ordination between implementation team and local process owners

· Single point of contact for designed business processes and their implementation

· Validation of customized business processes (Test)

· Develop local end user documentation and maintain local standard operating procedures

· Maintenance of User Profiles and administration 0f user access eg. User password, role assignment

· Train end –user / Support know-how transfer to end user

· Provide First level support and communication to Second level support

· Work closely and have regular communication with Central Key User

· Update and respond to helpdesk tickets (Solution Manager and local Helpdesk system)

(4) Stocks, orders and budget

· To manage warehouse and inventory to optimum level in accordance to the set KPI to support the factory

· Responsible to oversee the operation in Crude Material Store in ensuring proper raw material management

· Responsible for management of incoming logistics for all inbound shipments

· Taking purchasing decisions within authority limit, communicate them and supervise their implementation

· Responsible to sign the purchase orders within authority limit

· To assist in preparing the yearly budget proposal and verify these budget plan with PO for approval. Implement and conduct activities according to the budget established

· Create corporate and plant reporting according to Continental standards

(5) Logistics and payments

· To oversee the application of duty and /or sales tax exemption to Custom

· Overall coordination and control of introduction of raw material after approval from Corporate Purchasing and Corporate R & D with Release Note (RN)

· Responsible for verifying payment request by Telegraphic Transfer or Bank Draft

In Sept 2009, as the first factory investment of Continental’s tire divisions in China, and an important Foreign Direct Investment project of Anhui Province, a big and advanced tire plant is ramped up in Hefei with 150 million Euros capital, by end of June 2010, the construction was completed, and the equipment installation was done before Nov 30th, 2010, by end of 2010, the first qualified tire came to the world. From May of 2011, we are starting mass production and currently the output beyond million passenger car tires in the first step. The second phase project has started and at the same time, Two Wheel(Motor Bike Tire) entity of Continental was founded and the new plant is under construction .
