• Sales order keep and record compliance in system.
• Prepare AR tracking report down to all customers. 
• Prepare for accounts receivable daily report.
• Prepare AR aging report monthly.
• Be responsible for daily receipts. 
• AR Monthly external report to all customers for money collection. 
• VAT invoice issuance and weekly summary update.
• Prepare vouchers 

 

Qualification:

• 3 years of working experience with accounting related, AP/AR jobs
• Workable English skills
• Good PC knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong learning agility, good team work and interpersonal skills
• Sense of documentation and committed for the assigned works
• Self-motivated and be proactive to take the responsibilities
